Every awesome item I discarded…that I want back…danced through my head tauntingly.
So, today when I was shopping I found a basic black beret.
I wore a beret through part of grade school, all of junior high, and part of high school. At some point I decided it wasn’t “cool” and got rid of it.
Dammit!
So I bough a new one.
While I was shopping I also found some cheap pins that I thought were fun. (Another nod to my younger years)
My most interesting find was an absurd-but-cute-in-an-evil-way ring. It is a cute/creepy bunny…with rhinestones.
A while back I had seen Katy Sagal’s wardrobe/costumes for Sons of Anarchy. I have to admit that I do like her take on the biker chick look.

I wouldn’t do all of it, and certainly not all together (it would be way too costume-y for me) but a piece here and there would be cool.
So I have been on the hunt for a biker-chick flannel. (Yes I mean chick not "chic")
She makes a flannel look cool, and not "I am a wanna-be grunge leftover from the 90's.
(I wouldn't normaly wear a beret with a flannel...it was just for the picture.)
Now to find the perfect pair of biker boots…..
